The Dolphin School is a new and unique inner city school with an exciting future. Every member of staff who works here has the opportunity to contribute to the creation and building of a caring, high achieving and community ethos for our school. Having opened in September 2012, there are currently 210 children on roll in Early Years, KS1 and Year 3. We will have 270 children on roll in September and will grow to be a 420 place school by September 2020.
We have a new school building currently being built and will be ready in 2017. With a strong vision to develop a curriculum which utilises the incredible resources available within the City of Bristol and recognising the importance of languages, we strive to include all stakeholders within our development as a new school.
Our drive for excellence is based upon the characteristics of effective learning which cannot be fully achieved without embracing the world beyond the school gates.
We understand that we can support and learn from our community in many different ways.
